Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, processing times may experience slight delays.

8. Delivery Issues
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your order:
Check with neighbors or your local post office.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@pawcuddle.shop within 7 days of the indicated delivery date.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.
Orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are non-refundable.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package is handed to the carrier, PawCuddle.shop is not responsible for lost shipments.
If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@pawcuddle.shop with photographic evidence so we can assist you.
11. Unclaimed or Refused Packages
Packages that are unclaimed, refused, or returned to us may incur return shipping fees and/or reshipping charges, which must be paid by the customer.
